What another beautiful day with our precious baby girl! She is just shy of six months old, coming up on the 12th of August. Not to worry we are not rushing anything around here! We had a busy day today, which here lately is typical. My Granny (my Dad's Mother) her health over the past six months has just been a down spiral, and she doesn't have much longer. So needless to say we visit her daily, and Presley (-which let me add our Presley is named after Granny) it's such an amazing bond to watch. Granny is on a breathing machine and not always is she awake nor aware we are there. Although today was one of those days Granny wasn't feeling the best and just the first sight of Presley she smiles, she lights her sweet eyes up, and she begins to wave. It's amazing and Presley as well gets so tickled and will observe Granny and just smile and give a giggle or too... It's a "in the moment" for us all to witness and a very special few minutes they share! Several minutes of waving, smiling and interaction with Presley and Granny and then that's about all Granny can do, she dozes back to sleep.
There is that beautiful Granny in her favorite chair with all her cozy blankets and pillows, that woman is something very special! As she was resting, Presley gets her hands on a paticular toy that here lately has been one of favorites when we go over. So we had another special visit today at Granny's or GiGi as Presley will soon call her!

After visiting we headed out as Daddy had an afternoon recording in the studio and we were headed home.
